On the 29th of November around 9 PM, in the square next to DK "Reduktor", where a concert was taking place, two Nazis attacked 3 anti-fascists with knives.
TIn the ensuing fight, one of the anti-fascist was seriously wounded to the stomach - Dmitry S.

Dmitry is still in hospital, but his life is no longer in danger.

Anti-fascists and security of "DK Reduktor" caught the fascists, but currently it is not known if they are under arrest or not.

In the previous months, Nazis in Izhevsk have become significantly more active.

On the evening of 23rd of September, in region of train station "Karlutka" a group of armed Nazis attacked anti-fascists, seriously wounding 3. Two of the wounded anti-fascists were taken by police to Pervomaisky police station, where police tortured them in order to gain information about
anti-fascists.

12th of October, at tram station "Tekhuchilische", two Nazis attacked a 13 year old boy from Azerbaidzhan. They stabbed him several times, but by good luck only he survived. Both of the Nazis were plaintiffs or witnesses in various criminal proceedings, which local police attempted to use to
frame anti-fascists.

Since spring of 2008, the police in Udmurtia have fabricated 6 criminal proceedings against anti-fascists, 3 of which are already closed due to lack of proof. In all of the cases, plaintiffs were Nazis who had some serious problems with authorities - all of them have charges pressed against them for racist assaults and vandalism. Police in Udmurtia are attempting to use these people in order to imprison anti-fascists. During investigation of these cases, many people have been tortured by police.

We believe, that repression against anti-fascists and criminal proceedings against anti-fascist activist encourage Izhevsk Nazis to attack anti-fascists.
