Red rain appeared in Kerala, Inda in 2001, according to the two follwing sources, that contain cells resembling red blood cells, but containing no apperant DNA;

The red particles are thus said to possible be of extraterrestrial origins coming to Earth by commets dissolving in the atmosphere over Kerala. I for one thing find this exiting, if true. This could possibly give support the theory of panspermia.
