They are indeed Bourgeois. They purchase the labour-power of workers so as to generate surplus-value.
i would agree that they are indeed bourgeois, they are vey much capatilists looking to make big bucks.
That depends, though (bourgeois or petit-bourgeois), on the scale of the business. TomK in OI is most likely PETIT-bourgeois (in spite of his false pride), but a deceased bourgeois in-law of mine was really into property development.
Now, if TomK were, say, one of the leading owners of a property development corporation (I don't think he is, given his statements on limited liability), THEN I'd be willing to reconsider my assumption as to his class background.![]()
"A new centrist project does not have to repeat these mistakes. Nobody in this topic is advocating a carbon copy of the Second International (which again was only partly centrist)." (Tjis, class-struggle anarchist)
"A centrist strategy is based on patience, and building a movement or party or party-movement through deploying various instruments, which I think should include: workplace organising, housing struggles [...] and social services [...] and a range of other activities such as sports and culture. These are recruitment and retention tools that allow for a platform for political education." (Tim Cornelis, left-communist)
