Could you tell us briefly about the situation? ---- Paragraph 129a was created in the 1970's to fight the Red Army Faction and covers membership or support of a terrorist organisation. The law employs a very loose definition of terrorism and grants the police and state security wide powers of surveillance. Only 3% of 129a investigations in the 1990's have resulted in convictions, however the view into the left and the fear it creates makes these investigations worthwhile. ...
