Does anyone have any examples of the democratic process in Cuba, in terms of recall, contradictory positions/debates taken by the CDR's and or parliament etc?

I remember Sev put one item up ages ago about the Federation of Writers opposing a nomination for a Cuban minister who they accused of repressing writers in the 70s etc.
