Trying to write a song in German, need some help

So...I'm working on this song in German that I want to make for this hip-hop album that I'm working on, but I don't know German too well (little formal education...just mainly stuff picked up from listening to Rammstein and Manuellsen), and I sent this too a German friend of mine, and he said that there were some problems with it. So I was wondering if y'all could help me with this. Here's my song so far (redundant refrains and such omitted):

We have a capitalist command economy [I'm hoping to convey the sense that all capitalist economies are command economies, that they inherently involve order-giving and order-taking by capitalists and workers, respectively, but if that nuance cannot be easily conveyed, that's okay.]
We have foreign workers [guestworkers, immigrant workers, etc.] without rights
Practically under martial law ["the law of war" sounds acceptable to me]

It [our situation in our society right now] is very similar to nineteen ten (1910) in Germany!
Today's America is like that, clearly.
So, revolution for all nations!
We must initiate [begin, start, bring about, institute, etc.] direct democracy!

Often, you just mixed the words a little bit up, so I think there is not so much to correct. Here is my version. I made the added or corrected things in red and made some comments how it could be meant.

Fool?? I don't know how well you speak German...but die rapische Sprache is a bit more nuanced. Instead of "fool" go with "fu"

Especially the title "Kaiserliches Amerika" doesn't make sense at all (Kaiser = emperor).

This still is far from being perfect, and for a good rap the rhymes are missing, but the first translation just was a literal translation which didn't make much sense, this is a pretty free translation, which is at least a tiny bit lyrical:

By the way, Kaiserliches Amerika seems to work in several online translators, and I'm not entirely concerned if it's a "made-up" word or a word that wouldn't be used by real native German speakers...as long as it is "plausible" I have no real qualm with having to coin it---because I particularly want there to be a connotation of our current government being like that of pre-WWI Germany, nominally headed by a "Kaiser"-like position.

But if it is really that bad, I can change it.

And this doesn't really make much sense to me:
"Das ist mein Weg nach Hause!"
That's my way back to the house? I thought "Heim" was the word for "Home."

Bildung seems like a good word to use.

Warum nicht? What's wrong with rap? Personally, I can't really rap that well, but it's the only format of music that I can perform and record (in one of my songs I actually talk about how hip-hop is kinda a poor person's music because it doesn't require a huge investment to perform)...I don't have the money for instruments and recording equipment and whatnot, but with rap it's more about the lyrics so I figure the sound quality doesn't have to be quite as pristine as long as one can hear the beats and one's voice and whatnot. So I figure I can do some rough recordings of it with my computer microphone, and I can perform it with computer-synthesized beats and instrumental tracks off youtube and whatnot.

Nee, mal im Ernst. Das mit dem "kaiserlichen Amerika" fand/find ich auch nicht so optimal aus dem Zusammenhang heraus, aber ich wusste nicht so recht, inwieweit man es ändern könnte, Imperium klingt da schon besser! Ansonsten hab ich den Großteil von Comrade-Z's eigener Übersetzung und der Struktur deswegen gelassen, weil man es in einem Rap wahrscheinlich so ganz gut zusammenbauen kann. Da find ich deine Variante etwas kurz, wobei ich mich mit Rap und Co. wie gesagt nicht die Spur auskenne.

The word "Kaiserlich" exists, that's right, but it (mostly) describes the era or period of time between 1871 and 1918, when Wilhelm II, Friedrich III and Wilhelm II governed over Germany. This was a period of imperialism, right....but I think (and that's the point Malte seems to criticise), that the word "Imperium" is more to the point, because it is somekind of timeless or unspecific and describes the ambitions over a long period of time and politics.
