There was a Sydney anti-war rally this Saturday just gone, apparently. A good source for information about upcoming rallies in Sydney is your local IndyMedia site, where the above link was taken from.
And despite barracking for Essendon, I'll give you the St Kilda victory support, whole heartedly. Would be nice to see them up there again.

Yes it's to be at the State Library on Swanston St, opposite Melbourne Central.
Least people feel genuinely sorry about your team's misfortune, and hope for it's improvement, heh! The other day a stranger on the train said, "You have my condolences" to me, when I answered his question as to what my team was ... the sarcasm was dripping off of him like sweat. :biggrin:
