Isn't Smith the leader of the Conservative party?
Tony Benn's the only person there who'd interest me (because he's the only one I know of there). And odd tidbit is that he supported the armed struggle in Ireland.

Ok, i know that many of you are about my age and of course, you are interested in politics so is anyone going to the A-Level conference in London in November? Its basically a collection of lectures but some of the speakers look interesting, Iain Duncan Smith, Charles Kennedy, Tony Benn, Gywneth Dunwoody.

Yeh, Smith = Leader Of opposition, Kennedy = Leader of Lib Dems. Apparently the others are quite good as well, a smattering of politicians and journalists.
