A London QC (Queen's Counsel or senior barrister) will make a bail
application tomorrow on behalf of Irish prisoner Aidan Hulme, requesting
that he be granted immediate compassionate bail for emergency surgery to
repair massive gangrene on his leg. The gangrene has worsened greatly
in recent weeks as prison doctors at Belmarsh have virtually ignored
Aidans injuries, and a recent prison examination ruled that amputation
would be necessary without immediate surgical care.
The Irish Freedom Committee is asking all of our National Members and
World-wide Supporters to please make your voice heard TODAY, in advance
of this bail application tomorrow.
The response from our Members and Supporters has thus far been
overwhelming. We have received countless emails from people around the
world and across the US detailing individual efforts taken on behalf of
this young Irishman. However, we must KEEP THE PRESSURE ON.

I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the health and safety
of Irish prisoner Aidan Hulme. I understand he is in need of emergency
surgery to save a badly injured leg. I am also aware that a London
hospital has offered to perform emergency surgery, but Aidan must first
be granted a short compassionate release for the operation.
I am appealing to you as a concerned American that you please
immediately release this young man to the doctors who have offered to
perform the surgery and are standing by. Dont let the eyes of the world
watch as this young mans condition is allowed to deteriorate further by
an uncaring system.
