Now the only part of the world where large numbers of people are actually atheist...is Europe.
And Northeast Asia, and Oceania, and Canada, and actually many regions in the U$A like the Northeast and the urban areas, and South Africa, and
(anti-religious propaganda) alienate(s) large numbers of workers who are de facto agnostics but still consider themselves religious.
The only real middle ground among non-agricultural nations I can tell, where few attend church and there is a vague religious sentiment, is Latin America and maybe Israel.
But the trend is there is identical to Western Europe 40 years ago or parts of the U$A. The younger generation could care less about religion and it is the old-timers that are put-off by religion.
Even in many places there, as Dean points out, the only way the church remains at all relevant is if it takes up the mantle of social emancipation and has a very unorthodox view of "God".
I am trying to persuade you that lies may be useful to the revolutionary cause
Can you give us an example? I've tried to come up with a few (we will win this time, this union card will make all the difference, etc..) but on closer examination they don't hold.
