I am looking for historical examples of handwriting from Che, Marx, or Lenin and thought this might be the right forum. If I could get a sample of one of these icons putting ink to paper and writing the word (obviously in their own language i.e. igualdad, paridad, libertad) "freedom" "equality" or "liberty" it would make my day.
Any ideas where to start would be appreciated.

I don't think ou can find examples of Lenin's handwriting. Propably locked up in Moscow somewhere safe, like many other documents. The archives are hard to consult since the State only opens several archives after several years. Historians had to wait untill the 20th century to search the Papal archives.
“Where the worker is regulated bureaucratically from childhood onwards, where he believes in authority, in those set over him, the main thing is to teach him to walk by himself.” - Marx
"It is illogical and incorrect to reduce everything to the economic [socialist] revolution, for the question is: how to eliminate [political] oppression? It cannot be eliminated without an economic revolution... But to limit ourselves to this is to lapse into absurd and wretched ... Economism." - Lenin
"[During a revolution, bourgeois democratic] demands [of the working class] ... push so hard on the outer limits of capital's rule that they appear likewise as forms of transition to a proletarian dictatorship." - Luxemburg
“Well, then go forward, Tower of Bebel! [August] Bebel is one of the most brilliant representatives of scientific international socialism. His writings, speeches and works make up a great tower, a strong arsenal, from which the working class should take their weapons. We cannot recommend it enough… And if the [International] deserves to be named Tower of Bebel... well, then we are lucky to have such a Tower of Bebel with us.” - Vooruit

None of these links seem to be to anything legible. If Havana is the only place I can find the word equalidad written by the man himself so be it. But, finding something online, or in a book would be preferable. I now this is a difficult request.
The problem with Marx's handwriting is not only that it's totally manky, but it's also written in Sütterlin script. The line at the bottom of that first page of the manifesto is in a different hand and says:
Karl Marx: Erster Enwurf zum Communistischen Manifest (Karl Marx: first draft of the communist manfesto).
The note at the top was also written by another person, but I can't really make a lot of sense of it. It's something about "sharing these measures". There's also mention of "ten hours" (10 Stunden). However, it's been an awful long time since I last studied Sütterlin. which was the normal German script until some chappie called Adolf made it unpopular.
