Eversince I began to follow Marxism I have called myself a socialist. Now I have to question calling myself that. You see, I am one of those chaps who believe in the three step program when it comes to Marxism (Socialism to Communism to Anarchy) What ISM would that fit under.

Man's dearest possession is life, and since it is given to him to live but once.He must so live that dying he can say, all my life and all my strength have been given to the greatest cause in the world, the liberation of mankind
Ostrovski
Muriel Spark:
If I had my life to live over again I should form the habit of nightly composing myself to thoughts of death. I would practice, as it were, the remembrance of death. There is no other practice which so intensifies life. Death, when it approaches, ought not to take one by surprise. It should be part of the full expectancy of life. Without an ever-present sense of death life is insipid. You might as well live on the whites of eggs.
it could make you a anrchist socialist.communists(marxists) are more concerned about the communist state.after that society will grow towards anarchism.anarchists try to make the anarchist state a reality,as priority.so i guess it comes down to how you interpretet that way towards it.
anyway,if you do believe taht socialist state is nessecairy, you are still a socialist.question is what kind....![]()

NEVER STAMP YOURSELF OR STAMP OTHERS!!!!!
you shouldnt really, it just makes life more boring, by stamping yourself its like your shutting out all other ideas, so i guess.......be something, just dont stamp yourself. not till your ready to give up everything else for that single cause.

I agree with you except when I discuss politics with someone and they ask what I am I would like something to say thats doesn't take up 5 minutes of ezplaining. You understand right?

I understand that, but you don't need a label.
If you need a label just use the nike "swoosh".
Too many people fall into the trap of replacing the commercialism thrust upon us in some other way.
You are a socialist, that is all that is important. Tell them you are a socialist, and then you can discuss your views if needs be.
-insert witty phrase in between two equals sign here-
yes i understand.

even if someone asks you what you are, you still dont need an -ism. just say your a liberal and im sure that is all that they will really care about. if your talking with another liberal, they will be interested to hear your views even if they are complex. if they are conservative, they will see you as the opposite of themselves and it wont matter what you are exactly.
