Um. most of the "anti-marijuana" films out there are hyperbolic, unscientific, moralistic propaganda, seeing as how marijuana is not the most harmful drug out there (to put it mildly, seeing as it's not physiologically addictive, nor can you OD on it...)- so yeah... no.

The last time I was sentenced to death, I ordered four hyper-vodkas for my breakfast. All a bit of a blur after that... I woke up in bed with both of my executioners. Lovely couple, they stayed in touch! Can't say that about most executioners. - Captain Jack Harkness

Haha good luck on getting anyone here to help you find that shit.
People think they have taken quite an extraordinarily bold step forward when they have rid themselves of belief in hereditary monarchy and swear by the democratic republic. In reality, however, the state is nothing but a machine for the oppression of one class by another, and indeed in the democratic republic no less than in the monarchy.

No one can help him/her 'cause there aren't any good educational anti-drug videos. The art of anti-drug video making hasn't really changed at all since the 50's and 60's. Just compare some of today's propaganda (Current video)with stuff like this:

I recommend Reefer Madness. It is heavily based in fact and it's arguments are irrefutable. Seriously though, I don't know of any of the types of movies you are looking for, but if you are interested in the history of drug usage, I would recommend Altered States which is both a video and book.

P.S. Not the fictional Altered States which you will most likely come across when searching it, it is a different book/movie by the same name.
    You seem neat, but...

They divide us by our color, they divide us by our tongue,
They divide us men and women, they divide us old and young,
But they'll tremble at our voices when they hear these verses sung,
For the Union makes us strong!
