This is actually quite a dangerous (although predictable) move by the BNP.
All Trade unions in the United Kingdom all anti-BNP, they exclude members for affiliation to the BNP and encourage members to go on strike when they have to distribute bnp stuff for example.
So the BNP started this scab union to try and prevent this anti-BNP attitude effecting them (read the first two points on that graphic I posted, again). Being nice to communists and ethnic groups and spouting bullshit about how they're for "freedom and diversity" is clearly just a way to make their BNP-friendly union, a relevant one.
I would hope that all the BNP members join it, alienate everyone else, get a reputation as a racist, sinister front group, and the project sinks.
but this might not happen, although, the bigger trade unions have already started exposing it and telling their members about the details of it.
We should do the same in our workplaces.

It's a clever dodge of labour laws too. It's legal for a company to sack or not employ a person for being a member of a group such as the BNP, but it's illegal to discriminate against employing somebody for being a member of a trade union.

Unless I'm mistaken, this Union has been around for a while now. Does anyone know if they've actually organised a single workplace yet? It would be a good indication of how seriously the BNP is taking this whole project.
Oh I knew a bit about this last year, a socialist trade union leader came into our school to talk about union work in a year assembly and he mentioned the BNP's "Solidarity" union, saying it was ridiculous to call it that as their role is to split the working class rather than unite it etc...
