I would only add that I would have some optimism, rather than complete pessimism in relation to the socialist movement. In the sense, that if there is ever a strong Internationalist socialist movement, it will have learned a great deal from the errors of the past, and if or when non-movement becomes movement, that movement will have greater foundations to build.
The only problem, I have the above post is that it is a bit anti-theory. The practise led theory is all we have had in the socialist movement and is intrinsic in the paralysis of the movement.
Practise led theory is poor theory and poor practise. Simply we must think before we act or we act unthinkingly.
Still, you are bring up the non-movement of the international socialist movement. U have to be congratulated on the thread. Thought provoking is an understatement, it is at the heart of everything we should be focussing upon.
