The guy who got beat up in the truck was a victim of mob violence. It was more a mob effect than any other reason. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and no he didn't deserve it (as far as I know).

I would say it was an effect of the mob, Rodney King incident, and White on Black racism. Violence can be a very self-empowering thing. The men beating on him probally saw the image of the cops who beat Rodney King and other white oppressors.

as much as i find it entertaining and satisfying to watch those vids, thugs will be thugs will be thugs. case in point, a member of an antifa gang in the US called FSU recently killed someone because the guy's friend had some band shirt that had a confederate flag on it. who knows what was said, but the end result is that both sides came out losing.
