A hero or a killer without reason?
Is he to be praised for trying to mentain order in an anarchist tendency of the world or is he to be blamed for devilish means of supressing human freedom?

That second link, Larissa, was an eye-opener for sure! It makes me wonder...will there be a communist website 500 years from now saying that "under the circumstances" everything that Stalin did was ok?

As for Torquemada, clearly he was "ahead of his time." Imagine the name he could have made for himself...in the 3rd Reich!

Listen to the worm of doubt for it speaks truth.
