How was healthcare in Russia under LENINS rule, my parents who think they always got it right say that it wasn't good at all. Is this true or is it the opposite?

i don t think that under lenin health care was a priority
first there were the collectivisations of the rural lands
then the external policy
then the elimination of hypothetical opponents
to the commie cause
health care depends on a very performant economic system
which was not the case of ussr under lenin
