The Dictator of the Dominican Republic from 1930-1961. He was the ultimate symbol of what it meant to be a Dictator in Latin America; to be evil. He ruled the country with an iron fist, killing leftists, opposers, controling the economy and becoming the third richest man on earth by the time his buddy, the USA gov't, betrayed him by assassinating him in 1961.
