Now I can understand how the Opposing Ideologies forums is there for people who are restricted. But seriously come on, you are restricting people for being facists and right-wingers? This is a site that is there to discuss politics, are you honestly that afraid that you might just be wrong on some things, so now you have to restrict them to a specific forum? I personally don't think that restricting people on where they can talk and not talk is a very Left-Wing thing to do. But of course, correct me if I am wrong.

That isn't fascism. It's called " keeping the nutballs out of your hair".

Well this is a forum to promote leftist discussion and learning which would be hard if every thread turned into a debate on communism itself.

    Fascist are banned btw.

...revolutionaries are anti-civilisation because we are opposed to what class society defines as 'civilized' and desireable; because class society and 'civilization' are two-sides of the same coin. Hierarchal organisation, parliaments, commerce, property rights, the police, law and order, fences, borders, religious institutions, these are the things that define 'civilization.' These are the institutions upon which 'civilized society' and class society are based; and all of these will be destroyed when capitalism, the state --- when bourgeois society is pulled down and trampled on by the exploited and oppressed in the struggle for liberation. - bleeding gums malatesta

    Certainly.

This is not a party, nation, state, country or republic. This is a community for leftists to discuss issues, political and otherwise among other leftists, period.

its not just fascists and right-wingers. They also resrict collectivists, because to them killing one person to save two is the wrong thing to do, because killing is bad and thats all there is to it!

Well this seems to be more of a political debate forum. Right-winged Republicans are not always nutballs. Some are actually open minded individuals who are willing to listen to others opinions. I can understand resticting people who cause problems but not people who have a different political ideology.

And those who have right winged ideologies are free to express themselves and debate as they wish in the OI forum.

So let's say that there is a post in another forum that you disagree with. You are not allowed to speak your mind on it, even if it is an a calm, respectful manner? I can hardly call that a Left-Wing view personally.

You are allowed, people post more personal things in the other forums including actions and talk a lot less loosely. We keep the right winged people out of those forums because they often leak things. People are aloud to speak there mind in the OI forum.

Because we're tired of having the capitalism vs. communism debates which is why we have limited them to here.

Lenin told me the same thing! Maybe you shouldn't take sarcastic comments seriously.

    I'm still strongly a marxist-leninist.

Personally I don't feel it is right for a Right-Winged Republican to be restricted to the IO forum only. I can understand restricting them from forums that are there to plan things but I can't understand restricting them to this forum ONLY.

We did the non restriction thing, it was bad. Every forum was filled with pro capitalist garbage.
