I spent a lot of my day at school today running around and placing subversive posters around the place.

They read
REMEMBER THE OTHER
'SEPTEMBER 11'

CHILE, 1973

And then a short explanation of what happened. I felt really good when I saw a lot of students reading what I'd written, though most of the posters didn't last long on the walls.
“There are no boundaries in this struggle to the death. We cannot be indifferent to what happens anywhere in the world, for a victory by any country over imperialism is our victory; just as any country's defeat is a defeat for all of us.” – Che Guevara

“We still believe that the struggle of Ireland for freedom is a part of the world-wide upward movement of the toilers of the earth, and we still believe that the emancipation of the working class carries within it the end of all tyranny – national, political and social.” – James Connolly

Yeah I also noticed that. Next year will be the 30th anniversary of the coup.

I was in an official act of the venezuelan goverment and they had a moment of peace for the people that died in the coup and showed a huge poster of Allende.

They also had a huge protest and memorium for the 3,000+ that died during the coup, in Santiago, Chile, yesterday.

I got detention in my school for standing up during a memorial and
screaming about the coup and for posting Allende and el Che posters all over my school.

Anyone ever know that they started building the pentagon on 9-11-1940?

GuerilleroUrbano,

How many days or months did get you for detention?

hah hah...god that is stupid. I hate american schools.
Direct action is key- don't just sit at your computer and rant at leftists you disagree with slightly- get out there and DO IT. Organize. Change your life, and change the lives of those around you. The reason the waterheads are still in power is because we aren't being loud enough.
