As you can see, this provided enough information for these people to be attacked merely because of their political views. In fact people have been attacked and the owners of this website are very aware:
" A few days ago, at 6pm on the evening of the 16th of May, at the corner of Tamka and Dobrej streets in Warsaw, an antifascist activist was attacked by two nazis, with clear intentions to kill him. They had been following him, and suddenly, one of them stepped in front on him and sprayed him with pepper gas. Then the other one stabbed him in his back with a 30cm long knife. Maciek fell on the ground and was kicked by the nazis for a while, with them shouting "We&#39;ll kill you, you leftist motherfucker&#33;".

Maciek was taken to the hospital and underwent serious life-saving surgery (when he got to the hospital the doctors said that his condition was "critical"), and is now recovering. He still is not 100% recovered, he still has blood in his lungs. He says that he is sure that the attack was due to the recent appearance of his personal data on a nazi site called "redwatch" (www.redwatch.info) which publishes names, addresses, photos and other personal data of human rights activists in order to encourage violent attacks against them. Redwatch is a web-site that has existed for several months now and it promotes the idea of "killing the enemies of the race" and the organization behind this is a very radical neofascist "Blood and Honor". The problem is that Maciek didn&#39;t have medical insurance, so that he may be forced to pay up to 20,000 PLN (5000 euros)."

Well, standing around and theorizing about how to take it down won&#39;t help. The host is legally responsible for the site once notified, so it&#39;s time to make sure that they know that and that refusal/neglect to remove the site will result in problems for them. After we send some letters, I will be more than happy to use some more revolutionary tactics to get the point across. I just sent another reminder email:

What about the German and Polish Redwatch? Does anyone know the email addresses for those two?

www.internetters.co.uk does a whois search for .org.uk domains. This shows 123 Reg and NearlyFreeSpeech. I think the host supplies the nameserver (NFS in this case) but the other sites also used the same nameserver but were hosted by a different company...

I&#39;m emailing 123 Reg now to try and get the domain name disabled at least, then we can figure out hosting issues later.

This is a major blow to those facist morons and a major victory for those who would be attacked by them. No need to contact nearly free speech, we&#39;ll talk to them once redwatch comes up again (which it will). It has already been kicked off several hosts before. The most important thing is to KEEP THE PRESSURE ON. Switching hosting companies takes lots of money so we need to keep pushing them down until they go red. (No pun intended)

Let&#39;s make this thread the headquarter for operations when they pop back up.

Redwatch is an illegal site where I am viewing it (The United States) and where you are located (The United States). It posts personal information of people who share similar political views about communism. The information is posted with the intention of causing physical harm to these individuals. The site owners are well aware of this. In fact, harm has been caused to various individuals including this most recent case where somebody was stabbed due to their information getting posted on redwatch:

Redwatch.info is violating these subsections of your Terms of Service:

Customer may only use DreamHost Webhosting&#39;s Server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Country, Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. To this effect, child pornography is strictly prohibited as well as housing any copyrighted information (to which the customer does not hold the copyright) on DreamHost Webhosting&#39;s Server.


You have been hereby notified of the illegal activities occuring on your servers. You have been provided sufficient evidence regarding the illegal activities and violations of your terms of service. Refusal or neglect to remove these sites will result in further action which could result in prosecution for knowingly and willingly allowing criminal activities to occur on your server and criminal neglect. From this point on, you will be held responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of your hosting of these sites. You should forward any information you have on the website owners to the UN Human Rights Council, the FBI, and the New Scotland Yard. I will continue to pursue this issue until it is resolved.
