How do you suggest stopping it? If it was possible to shut that group down it would have been done by now, blood and honour are not a new group and if there was a way, someone would have found it.
As much as I hate to admit it they are not doing anything as far as the law is concerned, they don't incite hatred or anything else, they are able to hide behind freedom of speech.
Although I suppose you may be able to talk to their ISP, assuming the ISP is not sympathetic you may be able to talk them into halting their connection.
But I don't think you'll get anywhere.
