password bypass, cracks and hacks

I remember somebody posted a really good site on another forum which I've since lost which was an index of sorts where you typed the site you wanted a password for and then it either showed all the passwords submitted or it would add it to an index and try yo get passwords. And idea about stuff like this legality and how it relates to communist ideals?

As to legality, it would not be illegal in Australia as far as I know. Ethically your screwing evil corporations that would screw you if they could.
