For Kanada, there certainly is, especially on the old ARA Toronto site (it's out of date though). Other ARA chapters should have info on boneheads posted as well all across north ameriKKKa.

i've tought about making one, and calling it brownwatch/shitwatch or something like that. But i guess, when you are in an anti-racist/facist group or just active you know a lot of the more outspoken racists in your region

Bonewatch would be a better name.
And doing this is not sad at all. In the early 90's, my city was FULL of boneheads. ARA systematically put out the info of these scumbags, by posting posters of their pictures, addresses, phone numbers, etc. around their area and in people's mailboxes. It's called "outing" and 90% move away after it's done, with the few exceptions usually being the older a stubborn suit and tie fascists. A lot of them even quit fascism because of it. Quite often with the younger ones, their parents gave them the choice of quitting or getting out.
Also, we have found so much info on nazis that has caused many things to happen to them, and has virtually ruined organizations and created so much distrust and paranoia among them as to make their work a huge and akward pain in the ass.
I can't give you too much details on the things we have done for various reasons I'm sure you can imagine, but if you want to know more you can message me and I'll give you some more details.
