by The US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

Condoleeza Rice has been at the heart of the conspiracy to create the conditions that led to the US/UK invasion of Iraq in 1993. She was then the US National Security Adviser and a close confidante of President George Bush. She will have been involved at every stage in planning the invasion of Iraq. Condoleezza Rice has blood on her hands and she is not welcome in our city.

Think of the hundred thousand Iraqis who have died. Think of Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo jail and extraordinary rendition and the soldiers who have died needlessly in this war.
