For years and years the Us has been interfering with the Southamerican political process and its economical growth. Their exterior politic says that if something isnt going the way they THINK it should be than is a simple matter of destroying everything with its belic arsenal and its economical pressure.
It has even been proven in their own soil, the J.F.Kennedy assassination was only a set uo for the vicepresident to take control of the nation, hence, censoring the pacifist speeches of Kennedy (who proposed all of the militaries on foreign countries be removed)
This is only a minor case of what the Us is capable of doing and is going to do with the only purpose of controlling everything, just like they are doing in Middle-East, getting involved on other cultures.
