Thanks for posting in simplified Chinese. That song is pretty humorous though I couldn't understand parts of it. I particularly liked the line " Looks around New York up and down the White House then run away, you wave the battle axe, I execute the shot".
It's basically copying a poem by Mao Zedong...Thats what makes it funny.

Am I the only one who sees question marks?
I think you have to have some sort of program on your computer that can read the Chinese characters. Even with that program it still won't be helpful unless you know how to read Chinese.
But to summarize it for you, it is a poem about the actions of Saddam in the US. As RedStarOverChina stated, it is parodied off of one of Mao's poems.
