What the fuck is with the police forces in this world???? while walking home tuesday night, the cops decided to stop me, and search me. they found nothing and said that i was drunk and resisting arrest, then they beat the shit out of me with their night sticks! What the fuck is going on people??? I say the first thing we do to start a revoluntion is beat the cops down and take over the towns!!! just beacuse i am a visible minority( NATIVE) does not mean i deserve this abuse and discrimination, it happend to my buddy, who is also native.LET'S STANDUP FOR OURSELVES!!!!

Thats shit, really that sucks that cops have to resort to that just because they weren't able to find anything on you. There aint much you can do though seeing as if you do fight back one of two things could happen. A, They could beat the fuck out of you even worse next time or B, They could arrest you. Actually around here the cops aren't TOO bad but in the little town right next to where I live the cops are kinda notorious for being dodgy fuckers.

Actually I DID think of something you could do that wouldn't be physical. Have you thought about reporting these fucking pigs to your local PD? unless the entire HQ is corrupt like that.

Indeed, the police are often some of the last people we want to serve an protect us The only time I encounter them is to be hassled.

You could contact the ACLU... that is about all you can do legally as far as I know. For some reason, the pigs get more rights than those they look after... hmm.

Multiple times I've been beat down, and I appear white and am female. Cops are just out of control. It doesn't take much.

Usual situation goes that they dehumanize you while you say yes sir or maam until finally you break and say something you shouldn't and get beat down. Or you're at a protest and they just mace and beat you because you are there.

Resisting arrest is a fuck all. They will give you this no matter what even if you dont resist shit just because they can. They will give it pretty much to all non-whites, and whites who are politically left or otherwise marked as subversive.

Do fight it in court. They don't think you will, it's not a good one for your record good luck.

We did a thing on this a few years ago where we sampled see if I can do a search and find it. People all over the world were getting beat down.

its because you have long hair, or you a minority, or they just don't like you. as a teenager with long hair i also get hassled by cops constantly, yet none have attempted to beat me yet, quite possible only because I was in the view of the public most of the time. though to blame all cops for the actions of these few i wouldn't recommend. you would be doing the same thing in return just beating people because there cop isn't any better than beating people because there at a protest etc etc. and the police force technically is in place to protect the citizen. though just as there are ignorant leftist there’s ignorant police.

I think a more likely answer is that pigs rarely beat on people with long-hair, just because they have long-hair.

Why not? Using violence is a part of a pig's job-description. Obviously not every pig uses physical violence on a daily-basis, but the role of the pigs is nevertheless as an enforcers of the state and 'law and order'; both of which require physical violence.

I disagree because there's an obvious difference with those two examples; on the one hand is someone engaged in political protest and on the other is a goon of (arguably) the most oppressive institution in human history, a defender of capital, property etc. etc.

First of all, they are, legally, not allowed to search you under the premise that they did. So report them.

Second of all, THEY BEAT YOU WITH TONFAS! SO REPORT THEM!

And file a lawsuit as well. You could win big, especially since it falls under hate-crime legislation. Bite the pigs on the ass. Get them fired, fined, jailed; whatever you can do.

This is sometihng I learned when I was a very little boy: "when you see cops, you try not to attract their attention and if they get too close, get the fuck out...run your ass off!" So next time you see cops, what do you do? That's right...avoid them and try to get the fuck out.

I wasn't beaten down by cops, but I was harrassed by them when this lady accused me of stealing the Communist Manifesto. I didn't steal it, but I couldn't find it, and all the while I was looking for it, one of them kept hounding me on how he could lock me up for six years for this, and I found it. I was about to say "How do you like me now, *****?", but I never insult armed people without my own weapon. ^^;

I didn't suggest that they were all 'hicks', no. But yes, pigs as a general group seem to have no qualms about cracking the heads of 'non-whites' (hate that word), protesters and such. You've never seen police brutality before? It's pretty much a given at any political protest, or if you're Black in this country; and worse, if you're Black the pigs will probably get off (one got off a couple of weeks ago, and a days later another Aboriginal man died in a patrol car).

Not yet, but then again I don't belong the a visible minority.
I know a guy who lives here 'illegally' and everytime they arrest him (mostly for being in the wrong place at the wrong time) they put him in a closed centre. They didn't deport him yet, he usually behaves like an asshole and gets a lot of solidarity from his friends, so they've allways let him go.
