Man's dearest possession is life, and since it is given to him to live but once.He must so live that dying he can say, all my life and all my strength have been given to the greatest cause in the world, the liberation of mankind
    Ostrovski

    Muriel Spark:

If I had my life to live over again I should form the habit of nightly composing myself to thoughts of death. I would practice, as it were, the remembrance of death. There is no other practice which so intensifies life. Death, when it approaches, ought not to take one by surprise. It should be part of the full expectancy of life. Without an ever-present sense of death life is insipid. You might as well live on the whites of eggs.

I was just trying to get into that site when you posted this. Yes, the page seems to be missing.. It's too bad as there was some interesting things on there I was planning on reading thoroughly. I was really starting to get into the connection of the Hinkely oil family with the Bush oil family.. and how John HInkeley's brother was scheduled to have dinner with Jeb Bush the day Hinkley shot Pres. Reagan. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

the site had mentioned that it was mirrored someplace. maybe there is another link to it.

Well, here's a recent article about internet censorship.

The link you gave me seems to be the only surviving cached article from the voxnyc website.. All the other searches of webpages on google are missing also.

The article from Indy Media is from a month ago though, and I was reading the voxnyc site a few days ago. It was still up then.

I came across the mirror site. It's a little bit conspiracy-minded (as in the x-files) but it's backed up with sources.
