Socialism is failing in France. So what do the French want? More socialism!
The above quote is from an Amerikan guy. That quote is regarding the latest mass protest from the people of France against privatisation. If you click here then you'll find an article pertaining to the aforementioned event, and you'll find that there's an anti-French sentiment amongst the Amerikan message posters. This is how far Europe and Amerika are apart from each other. I truly understand your plight, Amerikan comrades. You'll also find the English are very arrogant about the French situation. I know how the English comrades feel about living in England because I myself am English.

Amerika and England are not ready for revolution! We need to do far more to convince the masses that we need Socialism.

Are you including yourself? Me? The English Ambassador to france? the point im making, is that generalisations based on where abouts someone was born, are shit.

Yes you do, I guess selling papers for the past 20 years hasn't really helped much.
"How you cling to your purity, young man! How afraid you are to soil your hands! All right, stay pure! What good will it do? Why did you join us? Purity is an idea for a yogi or a monk. You intellectuals and Bourgeois anarchists use it as a pretext for doing nothing. To do nothing, to remain motionless, arms at your sides, wearing kids gloves. Well, I have dirty hands. Right up to the elbows. I've plunged them in the filth and blood. But what do you hope? Do you think you'll govern innocently?"

It wasn't a generalisation- I was referring to the English posters on the bbc website. I should've been more specific.
In regards to the proles in England and Amerika, I was talking about the continuation of propaganda and fighting for socialism.

i saw this and laughed about it. especially the french people who posted saying "those workers have protected employment, good pay, and lots of benifits, why are they striking" well i thought the point of the strike was that they were in a position to loose them.
