"It's not that power is Corruptable, It's that power attracts corruptable people" - Publication Unknown

To test a leader's Intention one must look for his motivation for wanting power. The motive of a goal or object is often encapsulated in it's defenition "Power - authority over someone or something". Now why would a leader want to hold power over someone comrades? A leader's Intention's, his true Intention's and motive will lye with his action's So to test A leader's merit one must:

1. Look At His Actions

2. Look at the defenition of his goals(power)

3. Now take his action's and compare them to the defenition of his goals.

For Instance:

Hitler Spread wild rumours that Jews Started The Reichstag Fire - Authority over someone or something.

You can already see he was using fear to gain authority and that brings me to my next point.

4. As you begin to see his motivation's for power you'll start to see what tactics he uses to get it, now look through history to find a leader or event that closley matches his and compare and contrast them. To show for Instance "Bush Is an Imperialist"

This is nothing new In my opinion but if you find that you have trouble getting your point across on why or why not the leader in question is good you can follow these guidlines to articulate yourself better.

Using this you maybe able to sniff out a Facist even before he takes the podium.

I hope this helps anybody trying to get a point across. And Please Suggestions Are Welcome! this is only a rough draft.
