Where's the statistic about different races holding seats in the parliament? I'm pro-Cuba in most cases, but the argument presented to me several months ago about how a lot of Cuba's population is black, but they don't seem to show up much at all in high government positions.

Despite Cuba having political probs, primarily the inequalities in gov, Cuba is by far the most equal country Latin America
