Actually i think the German communists might have found that it was significantly harder to find the essential support they needed for a revolution once Germany went fascist...because they were all in concentration camps. Seriously, if Fascists weren't convinced that sending all the communists to concentration camps wasn't a good way to *prevent* communist revolution rather then *encurage* it they probably wouldn't have done it lol.
When the German and Japanese and American governments set up concentration camps during WWII it didn't cause a revolution in any of those countries did it?
Revolutions are built by small groups of people who organize them, they don't just happen simply as a result of a certain level of government outrage.
I think history has shown that no level genocide or atrocities will cause an unorganized public to overthrow their government...otherwise why didn't the Germans overthrow the Nazi's? The Nazis didn't send quiet enough people to concentration camps?

Many of them are brainwashed and what not and may have families who are on the left.
I am more of capturing them all and imprisoning them into labor camps and gulags.
