Good, single time will forgive. Did you say 20 years?

Goed, enkel tijd zal vergeven. Zei u 20 jaren?

The grammar is not good.

That's just idiotic, apologizing for the system.

First off, you indicate that you and the American people have real (democratic) power.

Second, you didn't built or happily contribute to the system. You are involved in the struggle against the system. If there is anything that we should do, is congratulating our American comrades, for the revival of the left and the on going struggle in such a reactionary enviroment. Cheers and keep it going!
Let no one charge that socialists have arrayed class against class in this struggle. That has been done long since in the evolution of capitalist society. One class is small and rich and the other large and poor....One consists of capitalists and the other of workers. These two classes are at war. Every day of peace is at the expense of labor. There can be no peace and good will between these two essentially antagonistic economic classes. - Debs

That's a pretty good way of putting it, I suppose. Fight the system!

This would be true, but would off course be no solution. You would still be governed by bourgeois politicians who would exploit the American workers and who would enrich themselves and enable the rich to get richer.

The only solution is to stand up for your rights and fight for a socialist society!

By the way: what would happen if the American voters would be allowed to have their vote in our elections. Then we would have such a neo-conservative racist bastard as Bush as our Prime-Minister (we have no system with a president elect: we are a constitutional monarchy).

Cm'n, you treat Europe as some socialist utopia. It's not. "Our" capitalist countries are just less succesfull in the capitalist game then their American opponents. The European countries had pressure from radical socialists for some time, but they are trying to catch up.

I hope this comment was not directed towards me, because this surely wasn't the point I was trying to make.

The European working class is also exploited by bourgeouis politicians (and besides I'm a trotskist, so I prefer to speak of a worldwide working class).
