I think its 'communism' that should be put in quotation marks on the title of this thread. 'Pure' communism has no leaders at all.

okay this will probably be quite a short description of it because its just an outline and realy it is just the same old idea of communism but with one difference the country or (in my heaven) the world would be split into roughly equal portions and a local leader will be elected and screened from the local people this will ensure that he/she has the motive of doing whats best for there community because they live in it and to ensure that capitolism doesnt take over by spliting the sections into countrys again and rebeling the army will be ran by all meaning it cannot turn on any particular section because it is payed to defend it and keep the peace stopping any counter revolutionarys frm taking action against the greater good, the greater communist good that is.
on the one other main issue aside from leadership problemes (which i just covered) is religion and the solution is this only religions that are peaceful and productive will be allowed to survive such as wicca buddism paganism vodoo shamanism ect. counter productive religions that spark off wars such as seek Islam christianity jewish catholic ect will most deffinatly be stopped
i know there will be many objections to my view's and ill be happy to hear them and any support is welcome to

that goes with out saying of course there is leaders the party itself would have one leader at first but cummunism is coruptable if one person is put in absolute power as the old saying goes "absolute power corrupts absolutely"

This is a theory for the socialist transition stage towards communism then, I take it? Don't confuse the two. Marxists believe that before communism -a stateless, leaderless, classless society- a stage of socialism, where the state is partly used is required to get the stage of communism.

communisme can not be pure,if and only if it works,we won't even speak about it (so think about pure),and if you mean "true"then you have to learn about 6 billions truths in this world)...
The administrative officials can be considered as leaders.
