Looks pretty weak and pro forma.
Cooperatives? Probably a big step forward for a few fortunate workers/farmers...but we've had them for more than a century in the U.S. and they never "fought capitalism" in any significant way.
This is actually pro-capitalist...Cuba would be in violation of this clause if this "charter" were adopted.
Says it all...another paper declaration of "good intentions".
Waste of trees and paper.
I suspect that most of the people involved in this "effort" are professional reformists. Any parts of this "charter" that ever get implemented should be considered a "full-employment" act for them.
