摘要：判断是属于一种计算,共轭带来了手征性，手征性能给予物质有效的判断。这联系生命，可以说生命本质上 就是一种自组织计算。而量子计算机的出现，更从多方面揭开了这个谜底。即量子计算机的出现也许能揭示人脑与 DNA双螺旋结构的结合，才是更为完善的类似电脑与量子计算机的结合。而三旋理论又为量子计算机原理提供了 更为清晰的图象。

电子计算机正面临晶体管的尺寸缩小到常规微芯片极限将显示量子行为的限制时，有关专家预言以置于磁场中的液 体分子为基础的量子计算机将成为功能强大的计算机。而这目前已变成了事实，美国马萨诸塞州技术研究所与洛斯 阿拉莫斯国家实验室宣布，他们已研制出了量子计算机的运算器。其实，通过孤子演示链的模拟，已能提示自然界 的DNA双螺旋结构，如何早就在进行相似计算这种最艰难的工作。
一、量子计算机原理
这个中的道理是，量子理论虽然把任何事物包括光、物质、能量甚至时间都看成是以大量的量子形式显现的，并且 这些量子是粒子和波的多种组合，以多种方式运动，但量子的拓扑几何形状抽象却长期没有统一。一种认为量子是 质点，如类粒子模型；一种认为量子是能量环，如类圈体模型。电子计算机属类粒子模型，因为它的微处理器是以 大规模和超大规模半导体集成电路芯片为部件，这是以晶体能带p-n结法则决定的电子集群粒子性为基础得以开发的。而量子计算机则属于类圈体模型，因为一台桌式量子计算机的 基本元件如核磁共振分光计，它操纵的是量子的自旋，而类圈体模型最具有自旋操作的特色。类圈体的三旋即面旋 、体旋、线旋不仅可以用作夸克的色动力学编码，而且也可以用作量子计算逻辑门的建造。因为类圈体的三旋根据 排列组合和不相容原理，可构成三代62种自旋状态，并且为量子的波粒二相性能作更直观的说明：在类圈体上任 意作一个标记（类似密度波），由于存在三种自旋，那么在类圈体的质心不作任何运动的情况下，观察标记在时空 中出现的次数是呈几率波的，更不用说它的质心有平动和转动的情况。这与量子行为同时处于多种状态且能同时处 理它的所有不同状态是相通的。而这正是量子计算机开发的理论基础，并且能提高计算速度。
例如打开一把有两位的号码锁，在电子计算机中一位的状态由0或1规定，两位就构成4种不同，即0与0，0与 1，1与0，1与1；随着计算过程的进行，数据位很有秩序地在众多的逻辑门间移动，因此可能需要进行4次尝 试才能打开。而一台由极少量的氯仿构成的两位量子计算机中，一个量子位可同时以0和1的状态存在，两个量子 位也构成类似的4种不同状态，但量子位不需移动，要执行的程序被汇编成一系列的射频脉冲，通过各种各样的核 磁共振操作把逻辑门带到量子位那里，该锁只用一步就被打开。
这一切用三旋理论很好理解：类圈体同时能作三旋，设体旋为0状态，面旋为1状态；线旋类似原子核磁场和外加 磁场，它既能作方向定位又能对体旋和面旋方向进行操作，而且是远距离瞬时缠连的同时作用。这如花样游泳运动 员在水中除能作各种表演外，还能听令于岸上的指挥。虽然人工制造三旋很难，但三旋却与物质的各个层次都有联 系。例如在分子层次可以把DNA双螺旋结构看成多重类圈体，在原子层次可以把原子被看成单个类圈体。在量子 计算机中，至少要用到两个原子，其中一个除起逻辑测定外，这个额外的位还能起内部量子误差自动校正纠错的作 用。例如利用氯仿中氢核和碳核类圈体似的三旋之间的相互作用，建造一个量子受控非门：用一个振荡频率为40 0兆赫（即射频）的磁场，可以使被置于10特斯拉的恒定磁场（设箭头沿垂线）内的一个氢原子核圈发生体旋。 设氢圈的面旋轴向不是朝上就是朝下，即圈面在垂直于恒定磁场的水平方向；设碳圈的面旋轴向确定地朝上，即圈 面也在水平方向，当一个适当的射频脉冲加上之后，可以使碳的圈面绕水平方向轴体旋到垂线方向，然后碳圈将绕 着垂线方向轴继续体旋，其体旋速度将取决于氯仿分子中氢圈的面旋轴向是否恰巧朝上。而经百万分之一秒的时间 ，碳圈的面旋轴向将不是朝上就是朝下，这取决于邻近的氢圈的面旋轴向是朝上或朝下。因为在那一瞬间再发射一 个射频脉冲，使碳的圈面再绕水平方向轴体旋90度，这样，如果相邻的氢圈的面旋轴向朝上，此操作就使碳圈的 面旋轴向朝下；而如果相邻的氢圈的面旋轴向朝下，它就使碳圈的面旋轴向朝上。可见量子计算是借助于类圈体的 三旋转动及“受控非门”的操作，因为作为这种逻辑门三旋基础的面旋轴向可以处于朝上和朝下，以及体旋可以绕 水平和垂线轴向转动这两种状态的迭加中，因此，量子计算可以同时对一组似乎互不相容的输入进行 操作。
二、量子计算机原理中的纰漏
量子计算机是以量子态作为信息的载体，人们已提出用光子、电子、原子、离子、量子点、核自旋以及超导体中的 库柏对等物理系统作为量子比特的方案，这使量子行为与经典物理的联系更紧密，从而为科学的发展提供了机遇。 这是因为它揭示出经典物理概念天生的不足，从而，非引入三旋概念莫属。
物体动量概念渊源于人们的日常语言交流，然而人们对自旋、自转、转动等旋转概念的区分不大。这些概念都隐含 有对称性，现用对称概念，对自旋、自转、转动作语义学定义：
A．自旋：在转轴或转点两边存在同时对称的动点，且轨迹是重叠的圆圈并能同时组织起旋转面的旋转。如上面讲 的三旋。
B．自转：在转轴或转点两边可以有或没有同时对称的动点，但轨迹都不是重叠的圆圈也不能同时组织起旋转面的 旋转。如转轴偏离沿垂线的地陀螺或回转仪，一端或中点不动，另一端或两端作圆周运动的进动，以及吊着的物体 一端不动，另一端连同整体作圆锥面转动。
C．转动：可以有或没有转轴或转点，但都没有同时存在对称的动点，也不能同时组织起旋转面，但动点轨迹是封 闭的曲线的旋转。如地球绕太阳作公转运动。
自旋的定义把进动和公转区别开来，同时又丰富了三旋的内容：
（1）用一系列平行的截面来切一个作自旋的物体，如果能在每个截面内找到一个不动的转点，且仅有一个转点的 旋转，称为面旋。如果这些转点组成的转轴与截面正交，这些截面就称为面旋正面，这条转轴就称为面旋轴，也称 面旋Z轴。
（2）物体作面旋，面旋轴只有一条，然而物体还可以绕面旋正面内的轴作旋转，这称为体旋。而这个面旋正面就 称为体旋面，这根转轴称为体旋轴。过面旋转点的体旋轴可以有许多条。在体旋面内选定一条作体旋X轴，那么体 旋面内过转点与它垂直的那一条轴就称为体旋Y轴。绕体旋X轴转90度，体旋面就与原先的位置垂直，体旋Y轴 这时也与原先的位置相垂直，如果体旋绕X轴再转90度，体旋面就翻了个面。其次，体旋面还可以从开始位置转 90度垂直起来时，停下来绕体旋Y轴作旋转；旋转到一定时候又可以停下来，再绕体旋X轴转90度从而回到开 先的位置。
从上可以看出，体旋实际比面旋复杂。而这一点却让量子计算机原理研究的专家所忽视，例如Nei l Gershenfeld等人阐释量子计算机能同时处于多个状态且能同时作用于它的所有不同状态的量子陀螺原 理图时，对量子位不动的几种陀螺旋转，就分辨不清，明显的错误是把陀螺绕Y轴的体旋称为“进动”，这是不确 切的。
（3）磁场同线旋有关。用一系列体旋轴与面旋轴构成的截面去切一个作自旋的物体，每个截面能呈现宏观或微观 闭封运动的涡线旋转，称为线旋。每个截面上的不动转点组成的圈线轴，称为线旋轴。线旋一般不常见，例如固体 物质一般只有存在电磁场时才显现。即使如此，肉眼也不能看见磁力线转动，并且也难看见表面的分子、原子、电 子等微观物质的运动。其次，线旋还要分平凡线旋和不平凡线旋。不平凡线旋是指绕线旋轴圈至少存在一个环绕数 的涡线旋转，如墨比乌斯体或墨比乌斯带形状。同时，不平凡线旋还要分左斜和右斜。因此，不平凡线旋和平凡线 旋又统称不分明自旋。反之，面旋和体旋称为分明自旋。
三、量子计算机向双螺旋延伸
人类发明了电脑之后就把人脑类比于电脑，这也许小看了生命体进化的程度。实际在大脑之外的机体中，某些DN A大分子也能起到量子计算机的作用。道理是：
①上述氯仿计算机量子位太少，但有关专家证明功能强大的量子计算机已能建造得出来，因为被连接成一条条长链 的有机分子中的原子核圈的三旋也能起到量子位的作用，这可以看作DNA双螺旋结构能被挑选。
②长期以来，单圈结成链条后体旋会消失的困扰，已被模拟DNA双螺旋结构的孤子演示链证明，在某些编码耦合 双链上并不存在，从而为DNA双螺旋结构量子计算机能建构量子逻辑门消除了疑虑。
③著名信息论专家申农采用二串联电路表示布尔代数的乘法和用二并联电路表示其加法，并用4种交换电路与加和 乘法运算相对应，从而实现了将信息予以数字化处理和用信码传输，这与DNA是由双螺旋结构以及有4种碱基并 且是两组配对而不能交叉编码相对应的，由此也与模拟双螺旋结构的孤子演示链相对应。
看来人脑与DNA双螺旋结构的结合是一种更完美的类似电脑与量子计算机的结合。这里人脑除起作类似核磁共振 的作用外，也如人脑与电脑的结合，电脑才能工作一样。
四、再识共轭编码场
如果再从计算机的角度看人类社会和自然界，到处又构成一种计算网络，这也是信息时代能理解的。况且目前比电 脑功能更快更奇的量子计算机已经开始在研制。利用类圈体三旋模型的多态性和同时性演示、就能教育普及类似量 子计算机的量子逻辑。这是孤子演示链对DNA双螺旋结构的孤波成功模拟后揭示开的。同时，这还可能为科学提 供21世纪里广泛认识自然、生命、社会现象的数学思维。其原理说明如下：
两列圈链的耦合编码，由于链圈与链圈上下之间的正交，出现左右、前后两种共轭的编码。以圈子与圈子一对一的 套接设为1，大于或小于一对一的套接设为0，孤子演示链的编码从上往下的结构是：①领圈00；②左10，右 11；③前01，后10；④左01；右10；⑤前10，后01；⑥左10，右01；⑦前01，后10；⑧左 01，右10……该共轭编码，只要让第②层的右圈变为领圈，即让原领圈自由落下，就会发生孤波滚动；反之恢 复原先的领圈地位，即让后者自由落下，也要发生孤波。
这种滚动不是领圈真正落下，而是圈套之间传递着一种信息、能量和相位，构成类似螺旋状的搅龙轨迹。因此具有 类似贝克隆变换的表达式，这是一种类似SG（正弦--戈登）方程的非线性偏微分方程的描述。这种SG方程有正负扭状孤立子解，分别叫正扭和反扭。孤子演示链与D NA双螺旋结构相对应，它的左右、前后双共轭编码，对应DNA中腺嘌呤A、鸟嘌呤G、胞嘧啶C和胸腺嘧啶T 等四种碱基的T与A、C与G必定配对的编码。
孤子演示链不仅揭示了DNA双螺旋结构中存在的孤波现象，而且还揭示了自然界和人类社会中普遍存在的共轭编 码场现象。例如数学中的正负、加减、连续与间断；物理学中的正反、冷热、波与粒；化学中的酸碱、氧化与还原 ；生物学中的雌雄、生死、进化与退化，以及思维和语言中反映男女、父母、老少、新旧、长短、快慢、轻重、多 少、是否、黑白、真假、哭笑、破立、公私、盈亏、生产消费、计划市场、需求供应、安全危险、科学迷信、对称 破缺、民主专制、进步落后、正确错误、战争和平、开放封闭……等等大量的事物与概念，显露出共轭无处不在。 只是人们还没有把共轭与双共轭和多共轭联系起来，没有把双共轭和多共轭与编码联系起来，没有把共轭编码及其 强弱与孤波以及四种相互作用和贝克隆变换、SG方程等深层次现象及现代数学联系起来。
五、计算的解读
如果我们把宇宙、物质、生命的起源换成另一个命题：为什么变化、运动是绝对的？那么我们就可以回答，如果变 化、运动是绝对的，那么宇宙、物质、生命的起源就是必然的。道理很简单：从零（无）产生的量子起伏分解出的 正负事物，变化、运动必然产生数量巨大、结构复杂的衍生物。但如果由于它们的混沌、复杂、缠结而使变化、运 动停止了，且不成了该命题的悖论，因此不管宇宙、物质、生命的可存在性的概率是多么小，都是混沌、复杂、缠 结的衍生物在变化、运动濒临停止的无数次纠错中寻找到的一丝出口。从这种角度来解读计算，也就能解读生命。 因为生命的存在，没有量子计算机的参与是不可想象的。即我们今天理解量子计算机，不仅因为技术的发展本身已 能促使量子计算机的出现，而且还是我们看到生命本身需要量子计算机赛过人类工作需要量子计算机，即体内解需 要量子计算机赛过体外解需要量子计算机。
因为量子计算机的好处是具有巨大的并行性和强大的计算能力，能够解决经典计算机难于解决的某些重要问题；量 子信息技术在运算速度、信息安全、信息容量等方面可突破传统信息系统的极限。从体外解想象体内解对量子计算 机的需求，也许大多数人并不觉得量子计算机的必须，一台普通的电脑就感到足够了。但对于从事尖端科学的行业 及其科学家来说，这种需求是太诱人了。
例如，现在计算机领域广泛使用的公开钥加密系统，就是以巨大数的质因分解极为困难作为前提而设计出来的。一 个400位长的数字要对其进行因子分解，即使使用世界上最快的巨型机也要用10亿年时间，而人类的历史才3 00多万年。但若用量子计算机来求解，有一年左右的时间便够了。这样，加密系统的密码破译便容易得多，它给 社会带来的震荡可想而知。
又如人类基因组计划的实施，配合大规模的DNA测序，对信息的采集和处理提出了空前的要求。因为关于这些生 物大分子的结构、相互作用和生物功能的研究，产生着大量数据，而人类消化理解实验事实和数据，使之上升为科 学知识的过程却相对比较漫长，例如从各种图谱分析，大量序列片段的拼接组装，寻找基因和预测结构与功能，到 数据和研究成果的视像化，无不需要高效率的算法和程序。研究基因表达过程中的聚群关系，从中提取调控网络和 代谢途径的知识，进而从整体上掌握细胞内的全部相互耦合的生化反应，这一切都要求新的算法。要阐明细胞内的 全部互相耦合的调控网络和代谢网络，细胞间的全部信号传导过程，从受精卵到成体的全部生理和病理的基因表达 的变化等等。这一切都超出手工分析的可能性，数据的产生、搜集和分析，都必须依靠计算机和网络。同时，如果 在已完成基因组测序的物种之间进行整体的比较、分析，希望在整个基因组的规模上了解基因组和蛋白质组的功能 意义，包括基因组的表达与调控、基因组的多样化和进化规律以及基因及其产物在生物体生长、发育、分化、行为 、老化和治病过程中的作用机制，都必须发展新的算法以充分利用超级计算机的超级计算能力。
以上仅仅是人类在体外所做的工作或想到要做工作，然而在体内，这不也是人体生命本身要做的工作和已经做出的 工作吗？而这一切靠什么？不是也要靠生命的计算机吗？从无机物质到有机生命，自然界本身已经在使用公钥密码 体制在进行联系，因此目前人类已经认识到超级计算机，如光子计算机、DNA计算机、分子计算机和点量子计算 机、核磁共振量子计算机、硅基半导体量子计算机、离子阱量子计算机等等，也许在生物界早已是普遍使用的自然 事，而且还没有人类在设计这些计算机方面所遇到的困难。例如在制造量子计算机方面，这些计算机对哪怕是最小 的干扰也异常敏感，比如一束从旁边轻过的宇宙射线，也会改变机器内计算原子的方向，从而导致错误的结果。其 次，为了实现量子运算，用作量子比特的粒子必须处于“缠结”状态。量子的“缠结”状态很容易崩溃，且粒子数 目越多，实现“缠结”状态就越困难。目前，量子计算机只能利用5个原子作为处理器和存储器做最简单的计算， 并可望出现使用7到10个原子的更为先进的量子计算机，但要想做任何有意义的工作都必须使用数百万个原子。 而这在作为复杂凝聚态物质的生命体中，是早已进化成功了的事。
六、量子信息基础探索
解读计算是解读生命，解读生命也就是解读计算。生命的解读为量子信息学打开了广阔的大门，而量子信息学的进 展又为人类认识生命提供了钥匙。但不管是量子计算机还是DNA计算机都还不成熟，都还不能立即投入应用。可 是它们的出现已丰富了计算机的概念，计算机可以是任何式样的东西，也可以有不同式样的算法。以量子计算机和 DNA计算机为例，量子计算机利用的基本元件是原子和分子，依据的是电子或原子核的旋转以及量子粒子的奇异 特性，即在不被观测的情况下，量子粒子可以同时向不同的方向旋转。传统计算机采用的是晶体管，利用晶体管的 开和关来表示“1”和“0”，即是取定值0或1的比特进行工作，非0即1。而在量子计算机中，光子可以是水 平偏振和垂直偏振的叠加态，原子的自旋可以同时处于向上向下旋转的不确定的“超态”。即量子计算机采用的是 量子比特，一个量子比特可以是0或1，也可以既存储0又存储1。在解决问题时，量子计算机并不是依次把全部 数字加起来，而是在同一时间把所有的数字加起来。
由于一个二进制位只能存储一个数据，所以几个二进制位就只能存储几个数据。而由于量子叠加效应，一个量子位 可以存储2个数据，几个量子位可存储2的几次方个数据，便大大提高了存储能力。此外，现在计算中基本的逻辑 门是“与”门和“非”门，对量子计算机来说，所有操作必须是可逆的，就是说由输出可以反推出输入。因此现在 的逻辑门多不能用，而需要使用能实现可逆操作的逻辑门。它就是“控制非”门，又叫“量子异或”门。有了存储 信息的量子位，又有了用以进行运算的量子逻辑门，便可以建造量子计算机了。其设计思想是把一束激光或者电波 照射到一些精心排列的像陀螺一般旋转的原子核上。当波或者波从这些原子上反弹时，它会改变其中一些原子核的 旋转方向。分析这些旋转发生了什么改变就能够完成复杂的计算任务。
但以上仅是能处理1或2个量子比特的逻辑门的单台量子计算机。实用的关键是在两个逻辑门或处理器之间可靠地 传输量子数据，这不管是在一台量子计算机内或是要通过量子网络，都是需要。即必须实现多粒子的量子“缠结” 状态，或叫用量子移物的办法解决。量子移物还被人叫做量子超光速通信，有人认为1994年格林伯格实验是用 严格实验证明了人脑之间存在量子超光速影响的“心灵感应”。
把量子缠结看成是超光速，我们已经讲过，这不是严格证明。一是，三旋理论证明，任何量子本身就是一个类似超 级陀螺仪的三旋陀螺，量子之间进行缠结，类似陀螺仪使用前进行的测量与标准之间作的调整校对，所以陀螺仪使 用中间产生的任何测量信息，使用者之间都是明确的，即是“超光速”的。其二，超光速测量不能排除时间克隆。 量子概率克隆应用于量子信息提取和量子态识别，是量子隐形传态的一个主要途径，类似电子传真、电子邮件；基 因复制出一个古代的“冰人”，并不等于已经超光速地追上了远古的时间。正是从量子信息学的基础出发，有学者 证明能够用3个基本部件构建出通用量子计算机：缠结粒子、量子移物器和每次处理单个量子比特的门。例如从移 物器制造两量子比特的方法是采用经仔细修饰的缠结对把两个量子比特从门的输入传送到门的输出，而修饰缠结对 的方法恰好是让门的输出接收适当处理的量子比特。这样，对两个未知的量子比特执行量子逻辑的任务就简化为准 备预先定义的特殊缠结对并进行传输的任务。显然，使移物成功率达到100%所需的完整贝尔态测量本身就是一 种两量子比特的处理过程。由于各个粒子的状态彼此紧密相关，一旦某个粒子的状态因受到测量而确定下来，其它 粒子的状态也随之确定。但区区几个量子比特不足以实现任何稍微复杂的运算功能，要制造出实用的量子计算机， 就必须掌握大量粒子实现“缠结”状态的技术。
这也许正是DNA计算机掌握的技术。美国威斯康星大学史密斯教授的研究小组制作的DNA计算机，每台都由大 约100万亿个人工合成的DNA链状结构组成。DNA计算机技术的诱惑力，在于其和传统硅技术相比具有的巨 大存储能力：一克DNA所能存储的信息量，估计可与1万亿张CD光盘相当；数百万亿个DNA分子拥有可感受 和回应周围环境的所有计算结构，可在一个狭小的表面区域通过生物化学反应来协调工作，这一并行处理能力据认 为可与目前功能最为强大的超级电子计算机媲美。
但DNA计算机的量子算法是与量子计算机不相同的。例如史密斯研究小组是把人工合成的DNA基 因编码--分别用字母A、T、C、G代表--排列成不同的组合，用这些编码的组合来代表待求解问题的答案。这些DNA链被拴到一块覆盖着薄薄的金片的玻 璃上，然后反复地浸入不同的酶溶液中，这些溶液中的酶与DNA发生相互作用，剔除掉不合格的答案。每一台计 算机在数天时间里可以进行数项不同的计算。可以看出这里的原理是把绞成两股的分子当成一种生物计算机磁带使 用（不同的是计算机使用0和1编码，而DNA使用ATCG四个核酸编码），特定的酶可充当“软件”来完成所 需的各&

This is a scientific article about the advancements brought about with the advent of somekind of a "quantum calculator" (?) .

I don't even understand it in Chinese because of the complexities of the scientific terms used.

Quanatum calculator means most likely a quantum computer.

I dont know about the physics involved but my high school physics teacher, who follows science magazines alot, told me that a quantum computer would instanty make all other compoters obsolite.

Theoraticly(sp?) it runs an infinite number of calculations simultaneuosly. This means that mathematical broblems that that would take hundreds or thousands of years to calculate using the combined efforts of all the worlds computers would be solved (nearly) instantaneously.

Quantum computing exists in a looking-glass world in which things are both up and down, black and white, clockwise and counterclockwise--at the same time. Instead of storing binary bits of information with electrical currents that represent either 0 or 1, quantum computers use the spin of particles or nuclei in atoms or charged ions, the polarization of photons of light, or other methods to represent 0 and 1.

These quantum bits, or qubits, possess the strange properties of the subatomic realm, where electrons and photons appear to occupy more than one place at once and exist in indeterminate states. Quantum computing is difficult in part because those states exist at speed-of-light velocities, within unimaginably short distances, and at extremely low energy levels. Experiments at MIT and the National Institute of Standards and Technology are conducted at fractions of a degree above absolute zero, at which all molecular activity stops.
