A while back I saw an article about something a U.S. lab had created. It had a photo of a hand holding a cube of really transparent pale blue gelatinous-looking stuff. A blowtorch was being used on the cube (while still on the hand), demonstrating that it was a good insulator. In the text, they claimed that the gassy-solid could also be made as a conductor, and it was suggested that it could be used as a battery in a future electric car. I don't remember much more, but I need to find out what this is called. Anyone have any ideas?
