Why should people be punished for showing their body? Why is the human body so offensive? If if people wish to wear clothes that show off their underpants and/or body parts, big smegging deal.
No idea, but you seem to think it will lead to an increase in amorous feelings. First of all, what is wrong with amorous feelings and secondly, if one is used to naked or semi-naked bodies they tend not to be as arousing.
