Hello all. I am looking for a specific quote from the Hindu Holy book. It consists of "I am death...the destroyer of worlds..." I am pretty sure I saw it on this site, in a post, but I cannot find it now, Anyone know how this goes?

I can find you a link to a program called "Ocean" it's basically damn near every religious holy book (it has the Sihk books for example). It's made by some Bahai's, but that's beyond the point. The program lets you search certain phrases from certain religions, so I suppose that could help you.

By the looks of the quote it's something Shiva or Kali said, but a book like the Bhaghavad Gita is 4 times as long as the Christian Bible.

The problem is, I am finding things like it, but not they way I remember it. I think it was by Krishna.

Good guess. It's Shiva, from the Bhagavad Gita.
The prolonged barrage engulfed Zero-One in the glow of a thousand suns. But unlike their former masters with their delicate flesh, the machines had little to fear of the bombs' radiation and heat. Thus did Zero-One's troops advance outwards in every direction. And one after another, mankind surrendered its territories. So the leaders of men conceived of their most desperate strategy yet. A final solution: the destruction of the sky.
