    Default Ckaihatsu Spamming II

Since Ckaihatsu has closed both threads that were documenting his spamming and abusive behavior, I've created another here. By board policy Ckaihatsu is not allowed to close those threads, or this one. He is not allowed to close any of the threads he has recently participated in, which is all of the threads he has closed in the last day or so.

Here's some copy pasted emails that Ckaihatsu has dumped onto the forum within the last day

At this point it is very clear that the only way he is going to shut us up about his constant spamming is if he bans all of us, which is just as well, since the only alternatives at this point are either leave the forum to avoid his spamming or have him stop spamming.

Chris, if it's the vast majority of the active userbase who wants you to stop spamming, how will it go for you when you ban everyone who opposes you? Is you spam worth defending that much? Are you being paid to spam the forum?

Again, everyone here is very interested in what you did to get the ISO to cut you loose. If you would elaborate, that would be very welcome. Also if you stop spamming and just get off the forum.

Seeing as this is seen as acceptable by an admin, from here on out when I have a disagreement with someone I will be asking them to reference this. If you want an explanation of my views, too bad.

Chris, you actually cannot close threads or issue other admin actions because you are the one directly involved in this situation, a situation where you are violating board policy by spamming, and also, closing threads raising concern about it which are placed correctly in technical support, your derailing of threads elsewhere on the forum in order to bring up ckaihatsu spamming related discussion. Longstanding board policy states that if you are involved in a thread or series of threads, or involved with users in a dispute that you cannot be the admin to issue action. Relevant to that is 3 admins and a mod expressed their non-support for your behavior.

The current valid thread for these bullshit faction-agenda posts of yours is *this* one:

Spamming of several threads by the 'spam-defining' faction

    https://www.revleft.space/vb/threads...fining-faction

I gave warnings to Ele'ill, some-loser, and BIXX at the previous, similar thread for attempting to circumvent my closing of the original, 'Ckaihatsu spamming' thread, at https://www.revleft.space/vb/threads...pamming/page20.

    Ckaihatsu Spamming thread

    https://www.revleft.space/vb/threads...pamming-thread

BIXX and Ele'ill now receive an infraction for attempting to circumvent the closing of the original, and then attempting to circumvent the closing of their similar follow-up thread, as noted above. Bea Arthur now receives a warning for doing the same.

    Thread closed.

Procedure for administrative action, i.e. The Warning System These guidelines are aimed at dealing with users who breach the board guidelines in relation to flaming, trolling, spamming or social prejudice. When a user breaches these guidelines the following procedure applies: 1) Warning by mod or admin, offending posts/threads are removed. 2.) If after a warning the warned behavior continues the user may be given an infraction. Infractions should follow a warning to a user. Infractions for spam or flaming should be given for repeated, regular cases, not one-off posts. Moderators are removed as moderator after 3 infractions and subject to the same consequences as all other members after 5. Forum Moderators and Global Moderators may not infract Administrators. Administrators may only be infracted by other Administrators.

Reaching 5 Infractions or 100% Warning Level

    1) When any user receives 5 infractions/100% warning level for the first time, it will result in a one week temporary suspension of posting abilities. 2) Infractions for Flaming, Spam, and Trolling expire after six months. A user returning from suspension must not receive any more infractions until previous infractions expire. 3) Each time a user reaches 100% warn again (or receives infractions immediately following suspension), the length of the suspension is doubled and a poll is held to determine the status of their membership with these options: Do Nothing Ban
