68% of detained immigrants in California do not have lawyers to represent them during deportation proceedings, and those who do have lawyers succeed in their cases more than 5 times as often. Los Angeles County is taking a step forward to get Due Process 4 All for the immigrant community members in removal proceedings under President Trump’s presidency.
You can ensure this becomes a reality by:
1) Attend the L.A. County Board of Supervisors meeting
