Currently, I seek to pick the brains of you radical leftists. I looked into right-wing philosophies a bit already so it seems fair, plus you honestly seem smarter than them based on my limited glances.I've already really thought about my life based on an offhand comment from one of you, so...let's see how this goes.

"I am vegan because I have compassion for animals; I see them as beings possessed of value not unlike humans. I am an anarchist because I have that same compassion for humans, and because I refuse to settle for compromised perspectives, half-assed strategies and sold-out objectives. As a radical, my approach to animal and human liberation is without compromise: total freedom for all, or else."
"It takes no more time to be a vegetarian than to eat animal flesh.... When non-vegetarians say ‘human problems come first’ I cannot help wondering what exactly it is that they are doing for humans that compels them to continue to support the wasteful ruthless, exploitation of farm animals."
I just figured posting in the intro was something I was expected to do, but a random thought would be fine.![]()

In that case; are you vegan?

Actually, yes.Been vegetarian since around the second half of my junior year in high school, and been vegan since...probably sophomore year of college?
I could rattle off the whole history of it if you like, but I don't know how much of it is actually of interest to you.
Maybe ask you to give me recommended reading?
Haha you are the first person on this site i met which is vegan to. You might want to ignore some of the people here who call you a fascist if you say that animal exploitation is wrong. Veganism isn't something which seems to have much support on this forum, at least not much vocal support.

Other than that, did you read any literature on communism? If you did not you should read the communist manifesto https://www.marxists.org/archive/mar.../Manifesto.pdf start at page 14. This is what inspired me to become a anarchist/communist.
