How you can help my husband Jeffrey Sterling [whistleblower]
How you can help my husband Jeffrey Sterling

Hello Friends,
During this morning's telephone conversation with Jeffrey, he informed me there was a date he was to see the medical specialist. Sadly, that date has come and gone. I remain in complete and utter disbelief that Jeffrey's dire medical issues continue to be blatantly ignored to the point of medical negligence by the prison.
To cause further angst, Jeffrey told me a fellow individual recently requested to report to sick call immediately. His request was denied by the corrections officer as it was prior to the "official" sick call time. Tragically, he died a couple hours later. The cause of death, a HEART ATTACK!
Friends, I cannot and will not let Jeffrey suffer the same tragic consequences. I am requesting your help once again to get my beloved husband the medical treatment he is inherently entitled to as a human being.
Every day I am plagued by unimaginable fear when my telephone rings, as when the caller ID says "private," I am terrified if it is going to be Jeffrey's voice on the other end or that of a prison employee with terrible news.
Please help us:
** You may once again email or phone the Warden, Deborah Denham, demanding that Jeffrey receive the necessary and proper medical care. You can contact her at [email protected] or call 303-763-4300.
In addition to contacting the Warden, please email or call the North Central Regional Office that is responsible for oversight and support to FCI Englewood and other prisons in its jurisdiction. You may email Sara M. Revell at NCRO/[email protected] or call 913-621-3939.
** Chances are you’ve already signed the petition for President Obama to grant Jeffrey an immediate pardon. Now I hope you’ll encourage others to sign it as well. Mindful that the president will be vacating his office soon, I will be making my way back to DC for a final plea.
** Your help for the Sterling Family Fund -- donating here -- would assist with me hiring a lawyer, as it currently appears that may be the only way for Jeffrey to receive proper medical care. The Fund also continues to allow me the privilege to visit with Jeffrey, and I pray my recent visit will not be the last.
** Lastly, please continue to send words of encouragement to my dear husband Jeffrey. You may write letters and/or send cards to him at the following address:
JEFFREY STERLING, 38338-044
FCI ENGLEWOOD
FEDERAL CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION
9595 WEST QUINCY AVENUE
LITTLETON, CO 80123
Jeffrey and I remain grateful and humbled by your actions and support standing in solidarity to get him the medical help he is entitled to. We honestly could not continue without your support and help, as tragically our government continues to demonstrate how powerful and evil it truly can be. We wish all of you health, happiness, and peace to you and your families.
Fondly,
Holly Sterling

For my husband Jeffrey, you are a lifeline
For my husband Jeffrey, you are a lifeline

Dear Friends,
I would like to thank each of you for your continued support of my beloved husband Jeffrey and me. We are approaching the second year of Jeffrey's imprisonment this June, while we continue to anxiously await the appellate court's decision of the oral arguments from December 6, 2016.
On April 21, Jeffrey was further victimized when he was verbally threatened with physical violence by a corrections officer, and placed in solitary confinement for three days. During those days he was again not given his heart medication and suffered another cardiac episode. When Jeffrey was released, he received further sanctions of no telephone or commissary “privileges” for 30 days.
All of this inhumane treatment and relentless persecution of Jeffrey solely due to his having the audacity to do two things: Stand up for his constitutional rights and utilize proper channels provided to him to express concern for the citizens of our country. All the while, Jeffrey remains true to himself, his moral principles, and grateful to mankind.
He wrote:
“Every day, I ask why am I forcibly separated from my wife Holly, our family and friends; why am I in prison? I know the answer because it is born out of who I am today and who I have always been. The answer to my daily question is because through the years I said ‘no’ to discrimination at the CIA. I said ‘no’ to government intimidation and retaliation. I said ‘no’ to compromising my principles by pleading to a crime I did not commit.
“All the while I am saying ‘yes’ to doing the right thing not only for myself but also for my country. I took a stand and followed the rules and for this I was targeted and summarily finished. Throughout, I have thought I stood alone.
“I have learned differently. While I have been invisible to many, many more here in this country and throughout the world have expressed solidarity with me and the cause of justice or the struggles I have endured. Their undying support and encouragement, along with that of my incredible wife Holly inspire me to continue fighting. Thank you all.”
Please continue to support us:
* Your help by contributing to the Sterling Family Fund would continue to grant me the privilege of visiting Jeffrey in Colorado, almost 900 miles from our home. His official release date is June 14, 2018.
* Please continue to send words of support and encouragement to my beloved husband. Jeffrey told me that during his day, the letters and cards are “one of the few things that matter.” You may write letters and/or send cards to him at the following address:
JEFFREY STERLING, 38338-044
FCI ENGLEWOOD
FEDERAL CORRECTIONAL INSITUTION
9595 WEST QUINCY AVENUE
LITTLETON, CO 80123
We remain humbled by your genuine concern, financial contributions, and heartfelt letters. This seemingly dark journey has many beams of light shed upon it by all of you, and we are forever grateful. Jeffrey and I wish all of you and your families continued peace, health, and happiness.
Fondly,
Holly Sterling
PS from the RootsAction.org Team: We hope that you can write to Jeffrey and/or click here to make a contribution to the Sterling Family Fund. The thoughtful letters and the donations, no matter how short or how small, loom large for providing vital ongoing support to Jeffrey as a CIA whistleblower who is paying a steep personal price for his courage.
