Default My "Perk Chart" System of Rewards for Workers

In a better world, everyone would not work for money, but for the greater good of humanity. Unfortunately, the majority of the world has been corrupted by the greed of capitalist society. I have played the game Fallout 4 (In which the world was ended by communist China, most ironically) and found a good system of easing capitalists into communism. In Fallout 4 when you level up you get to choose a "Perk" that will help you survive. With the hope of making the game easier and more fun, I was drawn to the game and just had to keep leveling up. I was playing one day when I thought of something brilliant- To make people be selfless for a selfish reason. In this place people would "level up" by getting voted into the next level by their peers. If you do your job and help other people you will get votes which you can spend on things that are requested by the people. Every month, the town will gather to vote for each other. the rules are:
    1. You cannot vote for family
    2. You cannot vote for the same person more than twice a year

I still need ideas for things to spend on.

(Search Fallout 4 perk chart if you want to see an example)

They did an episode like this on community.... it did not end well. Season five episode eight "App Development and Condiments"
what you are wanting here is by definition NOT communism as it is a society that has class. Worse a class powered by Populism.
The perks are basically a form of currency as they hold value to access goods and services.
It is also a possibility those who are not well liked would become disheartened by society's rejection and turn on their oppressors.
I mean this opens the door to a racist class system and probably more bad things I cant even think of.

I am not saying that the transition from capitalism will be easy but it has to be done in a way that is congruent with the end goal.

    • Creating a new workers state wont create a stateless society
    • Creating a new class system wont create a classless society
    • Creating a new form of currency wont create a money-less society

Class conciseness of the issues and shared goals will bring an end to our current state.
    • First the state and its authority will be rejected
    • Then the abolition of class hierarchy in all forms I.E. Patriarchy, racism etc
    • Finally the devaluation of currency into a cooperatively planned market of freed individuals

    A stateless; classless & money-less society.
"It is only by the abolition of the state, by the conquest of perfect liberty by the individual, by free agreement, association, and absolute free federation that we can reach Communism - the possession in common of our social inheritance, and the production in common of all riches." ~Peter Kropotkin
"Let us fight to free the world - to do away with national barriers - to do away with greed, with hate and intolerance. Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men’s happiness. Soldiers! in the name of democracy, let us all unite!" ~Charles Chaplin
"Communism is Anarchy. You can't regulate or reform your way to communism; it can only be achieved by direct action against state, class and capital."

I understand. I'll take that into consideration.

Holy shit you really do not know what "briliant" means. Not even sure how to respond to this, kiddo. Just DON'T base your politics on some game you played and take a few years to study and let your politics flesh out.

That's not possible, but it's also a bit unnecessary. It's very useful to start reading with some of the marxist classics, like the Communist Manifesto, The Principles of Communism, maybe some pre-WW1 works by Kautsky, etc. And then you can come on here to ask questions about the texts or discuss what you've read.

Ok sorry about that I just felt that that was a little harsh. I do own the Communist Manifesto, but I have yet to read it. Thank you.
