It's really hard to find Communists in my country. The country is insanely unlearned, prejudiced and backward.

Welcome. Just out of curiosity, what do you think of recent JNU protests? By viewing the reaction in social media, it seems to me that every Indian is against the protesting students. What are your views?

Hey, I am an Indian Leftist. Welcome to revleft!! I am sure you'll find communists/socialists (I havent met an anarchist apart from me though) around. A couple of my friends. But yeah, I get your point, they are the only two I know.
Anyway. Welcome.
You know, these are the times when you need to fight pessimism. Its so disheartening. I always knew the media were biased and well controlled, but I never expected them to launch such a vicious well planned campaign against the left. Its out there for everyone to see, but people are ignorant. It appears that we have found a new left leader in Kanhaiya Kumar (Seems a nice bloke. From my state too. Would meet him sometime.), but I am skeptical about the public opinion of the left. We are clearly losing the "war of position", so to speak. The media are doing a great job for the fascists in power. Frustrating times for a leftist, but when isnt. We'll pull through and come out stronger, hopefully. Anyhow, the people on social media/ media are the ones who are the privileged ones. I wouldnt expect them to give that up so easily. They dont represent the working class/ villagers. As long as we can get them on our side, everything will be fine. Cheers!
Modi is probably the sweetest fascist there has ever been. Is his shivsena getting stronger there? I hear they're going to form Shivsena in here(Nepal) as well.
