    Default Fash anti-mosque demo peaceful - this time

    I'm unsure if people outside Australia have been aware of the growing nationalist (white supremacist) anti-Islamic sentiments here, but there have been many demos and counter demos. One a month or so ago in Melbourne really kicked off. It's so big here, that now antifa are a bonefide group here now. It's almost European-like some of the clashes with fash etc.

    Anyway, this latest demo (and counter-demo) was over the construction of a new mosque in a small city called Bendigo, a few hours away from Melbourne. The previous demo there was "violent" (by Australian standards), whereas the one held yesterday had the cops completely separate the fash and antifa this time (according to my sources).
