Default The Workers' Movement and the World Cup

Hey comrades, I've been living in Rio de Janeiro for the last year and finally put together a video describing the incredible developments that have been happening in the workers movement here. There have been amazing wildcat strikes with workers breaking from the union bureaucracy and from the reformist politics/government that the bureaucracy is tied to. Feel free to check out the video here.

If people have any questions or would like to know more about what's going on in Brazil feel free to ask me here. Brazil is usually ignored since way more people in the US/UK know Spanish then know Portuguese, but it's certainly the key country for any revolution in South America and it has one of the largest and most important working classes.

Your video, whilst being a little rough around the edges production-wise, is really good. It's very informative and I thank you for it. Indeed there's a worrying anglocentrism on this forum at times especially considering the massive movements going on in places like Brazil. The bit in the video where there's an interview with one of the refuse workers and he compares his situation to the workers in France mentioned in the Communist Manifesto was really awesome to me. The growing level of class conciousness is inspiring.
