These kids who tortured their classmate need to be locked in a substandard mental hospital for life(regardless of their political beliefs) and never let out again. These kids are probably the most sadistic people I have ever heard of. Yet most people would rather worry about celebrity's death or a celebrity's arrest unfortunately than these kinds of sadistic behaviors happening.
These kids are fucked up but for an 'anarchist' to claim they should be locked up by the state and mistreated is pretty fucked up to. Are you sure you don't want to go and join the Republican Party?

Mhmm, the fact that they actually arrested those kids makes it intresting, normally a carving, esp a swastika is a serious redflag that it was automutilation, its just something that during an actual assault almost never happens.
We'll see, I hope its not a false accusation but I wouldn't be completely suprised if it is at least partly more complicated than presented.

Sorry but we had discusion before on the board but its just fact that carving, esp initials or swastikas is extremely common in automutalation and almost complety unheard of in assaults/torture. Last time i was sadly right too, I'm not saying it is the case here too but statistics just say that if someone reports an attack involving carving its was about the 30 or so cases i followed in the last 15 years it sadly always turned out to been self inflicted, either its a complete lie (munchausen syndrome) or the attack was real and the victim, feeling embarresed they didn't resist automutalate themselves to make the attack seem more severe.
But maybe this will be the exception that confirms the rule, nothing to do but wait, but I would be very careful to rally behind this case, its just got to many redflags.

Whether or not it does turn out to be partially self-inflicted, it's still indicative of a severely fucked-up situation.

I come from the area, and I've heard as well (from adults and students alike) they also made him eat cat shit...
Also this was not automutilation. The kid was seen right after they let him go and he had the swastika on his forehead- automutilation tends to happen after the fact. He told them he was going to an ATM to get them money and they let him go- instead he went to an antibody shop, and the carving was there. So no, not automutilation.

I don't understand why kids...they are 15 for crying out loud...need to be trailed as "adults". They aren't adults. That is the whole point of having such a division. Kids are not adults & don't think like adults. The ONLY reason to try kids as adults is because it placates, and plays into, public outrage so the politicians involved can nurture their "zero tolerance/tough on crime" image....because it carries heavier jail time sentences and less prosecutory restrictions.
O...right...well...the four who attacked the 16 year old had a motive according to the prosecutor. The victim was seen as a bully and the attack was in retaliation to earlier bullying by him and were planning to steal his stuff...although that may have been in the spur of the moment. Sp that victim...not so innocent.
The teens also admitted to carving the swastika btw. So that is pretty much unique...because as psycho said...those incidents are very very rare and usually they are self inflicted.
Also the demonetization has begun....newspapers focus on the girl's facebook pictures with scary make up or which were made with zombifier apps or during halloween. So naturally...she must be severely punished and she is just a rotten apple. :-/
O...and they reportedly styled their attack after Inglorious Bastards....according to the examiner.

We should not advocate that the bourgeois system has the power do decide these things, but for the time being they do. We should not advocate that they be locked up by the state but we should not advocate for them. If this was not automutilation and if this really happened, let them be beaten by the guards. However at the same time i find it disgusting that some people on here are saying the perpetrators deserve some sort of physical retribution. What good does that do? What they need is some serious mental health care, as they must be some disturbed individuals. Hope the victim gets better.

This is so messed. Regardless of what this individual may or may not have done, he didn't deserve this. Just think of how this will effect his quality of life, for the remainder of his existence on this planet. How it will effect the jobs he can get, the relationships he may have. Shits fucked and if I had to walk around with a fucking swastika on my forehead for the rest of my life, I'd probably be itching for revenge. Having said that, I'm not advocated retributive justice either. I don't know what would be proper, in terms of punishment/rehabilitation in this situation, and won't pretend to. Regardless shit like this...
